A new Partnership Group has acquired Armetco Systems, a premier fabricator and installer of architectural metal products and systems. The new ownership team consists of Jeff Cash (President of Architectural Fabrication Inc.), Ryan Martin (Director of Preconstruction at Architectural Fabrication, Inc.), and Jeff Kenny, (CEO and Owner of Architectural Fabrication, Inc.)

Jeff Cash and Jeff Kenny will continue to oversee the strategic direction and operation of Architectural Fabrication, Inc., while Ryan Martin will be transitioning into an Operator role as President at Armetco Systems. The new ownership team will leverage their combined expertise and experience to deliver high-quality products and services to their customers.
