Salesforce Administrator

PURPOSE
Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of various platforms, primarily Salesforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, and other routine tasks
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules, and Salesforce flow builder
  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Document customizations made in Salesforce
  • Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long term projects

Human Resource Coordinator

PURPOSE
Supports the daily operations of the Human Resource department.

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide the necessary support to Finishing – from preparation to completion of jobs.

Sheet Metal Helper

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to create and install building parts made of sheet metal using safe and efficient methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Select appropriate type of sheet metal, such as galvanized iron, copper, steel, aluminum
  • Measure appropriate size of sheet metal
  • Cut sheet metal by hand or using power shears
  • Cut into shapes to be used in

Sheet Metal Fabricator

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide necessary labor and craftsmanship to fabricate Architectural Fabrication’s sheet metal products for our clients using safe & efficient methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sheet Metal products include, but are not limited to: flashing, fascia, standing seam, soffit, gutters, downspouts, etc.
  • Perform work in the shop or in the field.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities to meet deadlines.
  • Utilize and interpret blueprints to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products.
  • Measure, mark dimensions, and layout material to be installed using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators, and squares.
  • Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites, using shears, hammers, punches, and drills.
  • Fasten seams and joints together in order to assemble components into products or to repair sheet metal items.
  • Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance.
  • Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities, including using tools and installing and fabricating metal.

ATTRIBUTES/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Maintenance Technician

PURPOSE
The maintenance Technician is responsible for routine maintenance tasks. These tasks may include one or more of the following areas; equipment repair and maintenance, basic electrical, trailers, forklifts, building repairs and upkeep, lighting, sprinkler system, cleanup, and other maintenance needs as they arise.

  • In interactions with customers and co-workers, maintain a positive attitude, and high level of dependability and integrity.
  • Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple activities to meet deadlines. Work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Read shop drawings, identify and prepare materials and supplies for fabrication.
  • Welders use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
  • Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
  • Position, align and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.
  • Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.

PURPOSE
The Business Development Specialist will develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Increase win rate – Manage and improve sales proposal presentations and response process.
  • Ownership of sales goals & strategy – Engaging with management to solidify strategies and own the results.

  • Identify, initiate, build, and maintain relationships with key architects and other product specifiers to increase market share and bolster overall sales volume
  • Introduce Arch-Fab’s product lines and build brand awareness by making regular face to face calls to existing and new specifiers
  • Work independently, cooperatively, and enthusiastically toward the achievement of your individual objectives and the company’s overall goals
  • Work with internal account management team to develop architect targets and convert those targets to “specifying architects”
  • Schedule and conduct AIA-approved “Lunch and Learn” product knowledge sessions with architectural firms, other specifiers, and general contractors when appropriate
  • Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism
  • Generate and manage specifications from product selection through project completion

Welder Helper Level II

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide the welders help with the necessary duties to ensure welders lay down high quality welds. These duties can all phases of the pre-cut, collet and setup up.

OBJECTIVES

  • Able to organize and prioritize activities to meet deadlines
  • Work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Read blueprints, punch holes and brackets using iron worker, saws, grinders, sanders and drill press and other hand tools
  • Clean workpieces using grinder or scraper to remove foreign matter such as slag, scale, and rust
  • Read and interpret production schedule and blueprint to determine the specifications for a project
  • Collect pre-cut and set up phase together for weld

Material Specialist

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to weight, measure and check materials, supplies and equipment for the purpose of keeping relevant records.

OBJECTIVES

  • Collect or prepare measurement, weight or identification labels and attach them to products
  • Compare product labels, tags, or tickets, shipping manifest, purchase orders, and bills of lading to verify accuracy of shipment contents, quality specifications or weights
  • Count or estimate quantities of materials, parts, or products received or shipped
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to exchange information regarding products, materials and services
  • Compute product totals and charges for shipments

PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to support the logistics department by managing the incoming and outgoing material.

Account Manager

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently manage/grow an assigned territory of general contractors and accounts.

OBJECTIVES

  • Maintain/Develop relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Search for projects with in your accounts/vertical market
    • Qualify and Prepare opportunities for the bid process
    • Perform takeoff and draft quote to submit to estimating
    • Send proposals to your accounts

  • Maintain driver’s license.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift 75 or more pounds frequently throughout the day.
  • Install awnings, sunshades, canopies per drawings and specifications.
  • Use the following equipment: scaffolding, elevated platforms, scissor lifts, ladders, and bucket or crane trucks.
  • Perform quality assurance post-production and post-installation.

Inventory Control Lead

PURPOSE
The Inventory Control Lead will oversee and coordinate the work of employees who receive and stage materials for production as well as maintain inventory organization and accuracy.

OBJECTIVES

  • Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of the Inventory department.
  • Maintains inventory, which includes keeping records in an inventory management system, acquiring additional stock as required, and distributing items from stock to fulfill requisitions.
  • Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
  • Ensures safe operation of equipment used to move and transport materials to and from the storage areas of the facility.
  • Organizes and coordinates activities and staff schedules, ensuring fulfillment goals are met and that production requests are timely, accurate, and undamaged.

PURPOSE
The staff accountant computes and prepares data for journal entries, general ledger, and related financial statements; performs day-to-day general accounting functions.

  • Prepares general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Generates and files monthly financial reports.

Superintendent

PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently lead groups of installation teams.

OBJECTIVES

Lead 2-3 Installation Crews (approx 9-12 installers).

  • Visit jobsites to inspect site conditions and obtain field measurements.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving timesheets for direct reports.
  • Perform monthly field evaluations, quarterly and annual reviews, and disciplinary forms as needed.
  • Provide training/feedback from evaluations to improve installer performance.
  • Coordinate training for direct reports on Salesforce/BetterWorks/Google platforms.
  • Provide feedback on current processes and suggestions for improvement.
  • Accurately apply expenses to correct jobs using expense reporting procedure. Also, review and approve expenses for direct reports.

Equip installers with proper tools, equipment, and PPE

  • Perform Weekly Inspections.
  • Responsible for company-issued property, such as power tools and ladders for assigned crews.
  • Manage Fleet Vehicles utilizing GPS provider for assigned crews.
  • Manage trailers within the fleet. Includes functionality/safety checks.
  • Communicating to Material Management personnel about excess material from jobs for assigned crews.
  • Manage Arch-Fab owned equipment, such as scissor lifts and forklifts. Includes maintenance, repairs, and keeping up with locations/job needs for assigned crews.

Coordinate and Present Installation Calendar schedule weekly in Production Meeting

  • Responsible for presenting accurate Field Measurements to the Project Manager.
  • Verify that all pictures/forms are received prior to mobilizing for Field Measurements or Installs.
  • Communicate with Client Onsite to confirm Field Measurement and Install dates.
  • Execute Schedule and provide updates to assigned Project Manager.

Prepare Lead Installers/Foremen for success on assigned projects

  • Perform Scope Review meetings prior to starting installation. Share overall expectations, including but not limited to: safe work plan, budgeted man-hours, installation sequence.
  • Verify that all materials, products, hardware, etc are accounted for prior to leaving the building.
