Richmond Ave, adjacent to its existing headquarters. This milestone move marks an exciting phase in Arch-Fab’s evolution as it positions itself for enhanced capabilities and continued growth in the industry.

The newly acquired building, spanning an impressive 51,000 square feet over two stories, is nestled on a sprawling 8-acre lot. This expansion catapults Arch-Fab’s total operational footprint to approximately 153,000 square feet and over 14 acres.

The expansion plan involves a lot of well-thought-out improvements. It’s all about making space for the vital aspects of Arch-Fab’s operations and ultimately streamlining workflows for greater efficiency. It will also house essential finished goods inventory and provide ample room for the fleet of over 50 trucks and trailers. With over 170 employees in addition to the fleet, the expansion provides much needed parking for the growth Arch-Fab continues to experience.

The construction department, a cornerstone of Arch-Fab’s capabilities, will find its new home within the expanded premises with the establishment of dedicated office space on the second floor. In addition to the construction department, the second floor will also house an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting spaces to foster enhanced client interactions, reinforcing Arch-Fab’s reputation as a trusted partner in the exterior metal solutions industry.
