Customer needed exterior sun control on a new building in Richardson. The project was far enough along that the brick had already been installed which covered up the blocking that we would typically install our embed brackets. This meant the sunshade units would need to be surface mounted and it would be up to us to locate and accurately attach to the blocking. The owner wanted a modern design with clean look that really popped off the building while providing optimal sun protection.

Our design and production teams were able to coordinate with the contractor & architect and provide spot on submittal drawings which led to a successful install. Our sunshade product met all the client’s needs along with matching the silver anodized finish on the window mullions. We were also able to provide a few of our Helios canopies that covered two rooftop entrances.
