Customer needed exterior sun control on a new building in McKinney. The owner wanted awnings that had a residential look and gave the apartment buildings for of a home feel. They also needed a few canopies to control the water at select entrances.

Our design team was able to provide a custom product that provided exactly what the client wanted. The 2” x 4” framing and fascia actually allowed us to use less framing which provided that residential look. We were also able to provide a few of our Helios canopies that covered the selected entrances.
