Ryan is a seasoned construction industry leader with over fifteen years of experience, twelve of those having served as a project manager and preconstruction professional with one of the largest general contractors in the United States. Ryan brings unique insights to the entire project life cycle and he believes strongly in Servant Leadership and deploying a “walk in their shoes” approach to all aspects of Preconstruction. Outside of his faith, the most treasured objects in his world are his wife, Katie, and their four children Kaisley, Elijah, Judah, and June.
