the challenge

Plans called for a steel system, but they desired  a product that would apply less load to their building, while still meeting their budget.

the solution

Our team worked with the architect and owner on the design.  Small modifications were incorporated into the plans that helped meet the project budget.  We worked with our suppliers and were able to upgrade the finish of the trellis from powder coat to Kynar with a 20 year finish warranty.  The project turned out beautifully and will be maintenance free for many years to come.  The client was thrilled!  We established ourselves as solution providers and have since completed multiple projects with this client, including Mercer Crossing, Phase II.
