Terms & Conditions – Online Sales
Payment terms: Payment is due at the time of purchase, before any product is manufactured or shipped.

Shipping Charges & Taxes: Arch-Fab will prepay shipping charges and select a shipping carrier at its sole discretion. The Purchaser is responsible for sales, use and all other taxes associated with the order, except for taxes on Arch-Fab’s net income. The Purchaser will be billed for all applicable taxes, unless the Purchaser provides a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Arch-Fab’s acceptance of the order.
Shipping: Orders ship in as few as 5 business days, depending on the selected/quoted product. Shipping may take longer when demand is higher or when shipping to a remote location. Unloading the order may require more than one person. If the final shipping destination is inaccessible, the order must be accepted where the carrier can reach, at the carrier’s discretion. Orders must be accepted even with visible damage. Please inspect the order for visible damage and report any damage or missing packages in writing within 2 days of delivery date.
Cancellation: Once orders are acknowledged and released for fulfillment, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted without Arch-Fab’s written permission. If the Customer cancels the order, Customer agrees to pay all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation by Arch-Fab.
Returns: Warranty and non-warranty related returns may be authorized upon Arch-Fab’s discretion. Requests for returns can be initiated by submitting an email to [email protected] or calling your Arch-Fab sales representative. Returns must be requested within (5) days of delivery and must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition. All material returned to Arch-Fab, regardless of the reason, must have a correct Return Authorization “RA” number applied to the outside of the shipping carton. A restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price will be applied for all non-warranty returns.
The Customer is responsible for paying freight charges on returned goods. Products not returned in saleable condition or returned after sixty (60) days of the RA issue date are subject to disposal by Arch-Fab with no credit issued. Arch-Fab does not authorize the return of discontinued or installed product.
Workmanship: Purchaser shall notify Architectural Fabrication of any concerns related to the quality of the products purchased on this Purchase Order within (10) days of delivery.
Warranty Claims: Arch-Fab warrants the products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original sale of the product by Arch-Fab. Entire Agreement: The Purchase Order, Terms & Conditions, and Warranty reflect the entire agreement between Architectural Fabrication, Inc. and the purchaser. Any changes, deletions, or additions must be made and agreed to in writing by both parties.

One-Year Warranty
This one-year warranty applies to the products purchased from Architectural Fabrication, Inc. (“Arch-Fab”). Arch-Fab warrants the products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original sale of the product by Arch-Fab. The warranty extends to the original owner/end-user only, in its original place of installation, and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Arch-Fab reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time; however, modifications will not change the warranty provisions in effect at the time of sale of the products in question. Proof of purchase / original sales receipt from the original consumer purchase must be provided with all warranty claims.
During the one-year warranty period, Arch-Fab will repair or replace any parts that prove defective. This warranty does not cover defects in material or workmanship caused by accidents, owner or installer negligence, alterations, abuse or misuse, improper or insufficient maintenance, improper operation, or wear and tear under normal use, and specifically excludes any warranty on installation as provided by the buyer of the product. Arch-Fab disclaims liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product originally sold by Arch-Fab. Arch-Fab’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Arch-Fab is not responsible for the removal or reinstallation of a product requiring warranty service or the cost thereof. Shipping costs to replace products or parts covered by this warranty are the responsibility of the original user.
This warranty is valid for one-year from the date of delivery of the product.
In order to make a warranty claim, the original user shall notify the Arch-Fab Customer Service
Department within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect and/or problem. The original user can provide notice by calling Arch-Fab’s Customer Service Department at (800) 962-8027, by emailing [email protected] or by sending written notice to the attention of Architectural Fabrication, Inc., Attn: Customer Service at: 2100 E Richmond Ave, Ft.
